1. To ensure you reserve a place on the desired training course, you must make a Placement Reservation Fee payment of £600 GBP off the course price as a down payment or pay for the whole course at the time of order.

2. Placement Reservation Fees must be made at the time you confirm your place on the course with the ESTS Training Wing. These payments can be made by Bankers Draft, BACS Payment or by a transfer of funds into an account of which the details will be provided once you confirm you would like to book a place on the course. Failure to pay by these means within four days of confirming a place with ESTS will result in you losing the reserved place on the course.

3. Placement Reservation Fee or Full course payments made by qualified cheque must be received within five days of you requesting a place on the course. These must be made in time to clear with our bank before you attend the course, usually five working days. No cheque will be accepted ten days prior to the commencement date of the course.

4. The outstanding balance must be paid prior to the commencement date of the training course. Failure to complete the payments will result in your place being withdrawn and a forfeit of the Placement Reservation or Course Fee in whole.

To cancel your place on the training course, you must email the ESTS Training Wing at int-ops@specialist-security.com or call on +44 (0) 7753 769 224 explaining you are cancelling your placement and the course date you were scheduled to attend. Any cancellation by phone MUST be followed up in writing (email or hand-written) and received within seven (7) days of you making the call.

2. To receive a 50% refund of your Placement Reservation Fee or 80% of a fully-paid Course Fee, you must inform the ESTS Training Wing no later than 28 days prior to the course commencement date.

3. To receive a 30% refund of your Placement Reservation Fee or 60% of a Fully-paid Course Fee, you must inform the ESTS Training Wing 14 to 28 days prior to the course commencement date.

4. Cancelling your place any later than the time frames shown in points 2 & 3 will result in you losing your full Placement Reservation Fee or Full Course Fee, whichever you made.

5. Failure to notify the ESTS Training Wing within the time frames above will result in you forfeiting your full payment.

1. ESTS reserve the right to cancel or postpone the training course at any time for any reason.

2. ESTS will refund in whole any payments made by the student should this occur.

3. ESTS are not responsible for any external or associated expenses incurred by the student should a course require to be postponed or cancelled.

4. Notification of a course cancellation or postponement will be made to the student at the earliest opportunity.

5. Should a course be cancelled or postponed, an alternative date will be offered to the student.
