The
ESTS
Security
Guard
Force
Training
Course
has
been
specifically
designed
by
ESTS
for
security
officers
working
in
areas
such
as
holiday
resorts,
hotels
and
other
high-visibility
areas.
Each
tier
of
the
course
is
designed
to
increase
the
quality
and
capability
of
the
officers’
personal
security
skills
until
he
or
she
has
been
trained
to
the
highest
level
of
professionalism.
It
has
been
widely
viewed
by
people
working
in
the
security
industry
at
every
level
that
far
too
little
emphasis
is
placed
on
the
personal
development
and
training
of
security
Guard
Force
Officers.
Many
of
these
security
officers
have
received
insufficient
training
from
either
their
employer
or
the
company
contracting
or
employing

Security Site Survey &
Recommendations: |

assist
the
customer
in
identifying
any
weaknesses
in
their
existing
security
with
regards
to
infrastructure
and
property,
ESTS
carry
out
a
full
Security
Site
Survey
over
a
period
of
three
days
on a
free
consultancy
basis
(when
you
sign
up
for
the
2-phase
package).
The
benefits
of
this
survey
are
to
identify
any
weak
areas,
demonstrate
how
they
can
be
exploited
and
also
to
list
any
and
all
recommendations
to
assist
the
customer
in
rectifying
these
weaknesses
so
as
to
improve
the
physical
security
of
the
area
in
question. |

Assessment & Management
Services: |

ESTS
Instructors
will
also
evaluate
the
existing
security
officers
abilities
based
on
their
existing
skill
levels
(if
any).
This
service
is
based
on a
free
consultancy
basis
(when
you

the
three-tier
package)
and
it
is
designed
to
identify
any
weak
areas
through
testing
of
the
security
officers.
If
requested
as
an
additional
add-on

Management
Consultant
